Return Window
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- In the original, unused condition (unworn, unapplied, and unopened)
- In their original packaging with all tags and inserts intact
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Items that show signs of use, application, wear, or damage caused by the customer will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return
Email us at nokleenstickers@gmail.com to initiate a return. Do not send items back without first receiving return approval. Unauthorized returns will be refused and sent back at your expense.
Once your return is approved, we'll provide detailed instructions on where and how to ship your package.
Custom & Printed Items (Final Sale)
All custom printed items are final sale. This includes any product made to your specifications, such as custom sticker designs, personalized prints, or made-to-order pieces. These items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges unless they arrive:
- Damaged in transit
- Defective due to a production error
- Incorrect (wrong item, wrong design, or wrong quantity)
If any of the above applies, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can make it right.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If something is wrong, whether it's damaged in shipping, has a production defect, or isn't what you ordered, reach out to us immediately at nokleenstickers@gmail.com. Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We'll review the situation and work with you on a resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized prints (see above)
- Items that have been applied, used, or altered after delivery
Exchanges
We don't process direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a different item is to:
- Return your original item (once approved)
- Place a new order for the item you'd like
This ensures your replacement ships as quickly as possible without waiting for the return to be fully processed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
