Shipping Origin

We ship from two locations:

  • Hong Kong: In-stock items ship directly from our Hong Kong location
  • Shenzhen Warehouse: Items that are not currently in stock will be fulfilled from our Shenzhen warehouse

If your order contains both in-stock and out-of-stock items, they may ship separately. In such cases, you will receive individual shipment confirmation emails with separate tracking numbers for each package.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or Hong Kong public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If we anticipate a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you via email with an updated timeframe.


Estimated Delivery Time

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within approximately 2 weeks, depending on the destination country, the shipping method used, and local customs processing. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Occasional delays may occur due to:

  • Customs inspections or clearance procedures
  • Local postal or courier delays
  • Freight forwarder processing and consolidation times
  • Unforeseen circumstances such as weather disruptions, public holidays, or global events beyond our control

We appreciate your patience and will do our best to assist if your order is taking longer than expected.


Shipping Carriers

We use a combination of shipping carriers to get your order to you as efficiently as possible. Depending on the order, destination, product availability, and shipping route, your order may be shipped via:

  • SF Express for direct courier shipments from our Hong Kong location
  • Freight forwarders for orders fulfilled from our Shenzhen warehouse or shipments that require consolidated logistics

The carrier used for your specific order will be determined at our discretion based on what is most efficient and reliable for your shipment. We select carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and within the estimated delivery window.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order. The exact shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

We do not offer free shipping at this time.


Worldwide Shipping

We ship to all countries worldwide. No matter where you are, we will get your order to you.


Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) and the name of the carrier handling your shipment. Tracking information is typically active within 24 hours of the confirmation email.

You can use the provided tracking number on the respective carrier's website or app to monitor the status of your shipment at any time.

Please note: If items in your order ship from both Hong Kong and our Shenzhen warehouse, you may receive more than one Shipment Confirmation email with separate tracking numbers and potentially different carriers.

Shipments via freight forwarders may have limited tracking updates compared to direct courier services. If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period, please contact us at nokleenstickers@gmail.com and we will look into it for you.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or brokerage fees imposed by your country's customs authority upon arrival.

These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. All customs-related charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information before placing your order if you are unsure about potential fees.

Nokleen Stickers is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Nokleen Stickers is not liable for any products that are damaged, lost, or stolen during transit. Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier or freight forwarder, the risk of loss passes to you.

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, we recommend taking the following steps:

  1. 1.Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. The carrier name will be listed in your Shipment Confirmation email
  2. 2.Save all packaging materials and damaged goods, as these may be required when filing your claim
  3. 3.Email us at nokleenstickers@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue so we can assist where possible

We will do our best to help you resolve any shipping issues, even though liability rests with the carrier once the package is in their possession.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of placing your order. This includes apartment numbers, unit numbers, floor numbers, and any other relevant delivery details.

Nokleen Stickers is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping.


Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the package is returned to us by the carrier or freight forwarder, we will contact you to arrange reshipping. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipped orders.
